What Floor will you deliver to?
We can go up to a maximum of 4 floors, if your home is beyond this, we may still be able to help for a small fee.

Will you deliver into my home?
Yes, when we deliver we place your item into a room of your choice, in order for us to do so access must be kept clear, so long as it's possible we'll be able to deliver.
What time will my Item be delivered?
We deliver between 7am - 7pm, Monday to Saturday, when checking out, you'll be asked to select a delivery date on the evening prior to your delivery, you'll receive an SMS message with a 5 hour timeslot as to when you can expect us.
This timeslot is an estimate of delivery times ad may change on the day of your delivery.
I need my delivery by a certain time, can you help?
We always try to help where we can, when placing your order, speak to our sales staff, we'll be able to add some notes to your order to attempt the delivery within your requested time.
Can I delay my delivery?
Yes! we can keep your item in stock for up to 8 weeks at no additional cost.
